Because of copyright laws in need make everything my self however I will be getting the data off Hive IT as I'm using there servers and they have allowed me to do stuff.
With regards to data protections, I have to make a disclaimer what states the Hive IT and me have are not liable to any law suites and data can not be monitized without authorisation.
As the web developer I will own the website and the items on it however I will not own the data provided by Hive IT.
